Shipping policy

We offer free shipping through USPS on all domestic orders over $75 as a courtesy to our customers. *free shipping transit time is usually 5-7 business days*
We also offer shipping options through UPS & Fedex. Orders will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise announced or in the event that a change is made to existing orders.  Most orders require 3-7 business days for transit. 

Please note that Lola & Louie co. Is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of shipping carrier.

Custom Items: Any items that require customization will need a longer time frame before shipping. If you need a custom item by a certain date, please contact us at woof@lolalouieco.com

Wholesale Orders: Due to the large nature of these orders, shipping times will vary on a case-by-case basis. 

Please remember to recycle any boxes or tags to minimize waste.
