When it comes to pet products, we always strive for great quality. However, we must always remember that dogs will be dogs and they want to have fun. While the majority of our products are designed with this in mind, please understand that like anything else, they too will wear and tear eventually. Our products are designed to last you for years to come with proper care. Please keep in mind, the more your pup wears something, the more worn out the product will become. 

As always, please supervise your dog when it is wearing any accessories, especially when playing with other dogs.

We are not responsible for any damages done to our products after purchase. 

If your item has signs or wear and tear, we will not be able to offer any sort of refund or echange. 

Please consider donating gently used gear to your local shelters if you are upgrading.
